My first order and everything went just fine. Thanks a lot.

Difficult part to print in tpu with big dimensions 400 mm on one side With high skin number and infill as well as support material. I received the information that surface will be not nice on the support side. I said ok. I can rework support roughness. However important warping on the handle... As one can see on the pictures. Although the top side is very nice, I would not expect to be sent a part with warping for the paid price. At least not without asking me first if ok for me.

They contacted me immediately to let me know it was in production. The piece arrived quickly, and I am happy with the results. Couldn't ask for more.
