This was my first experience with 3D printing, and I am sure it's going to be hard to beat. Louis was not only super responsive and quick delivering my piece, but also took interest in my project. Louis is THE KING of 3D printing. I met him, he's great. This was my first time having a Thing printed, and so I had many questions for him, going down different avenues. He was very patient with a newbie. Part of the Thing design had to be touched up in order to work. He was able to do the rework. And the printed results are great. I'm very satisfied.
