Response: Thanks for the feedback. Yes I agree the letters came not out very well. Always giving my best to satisfy customer and will take it as a learning since there are some minimum requirements for engraved details.

Response: Thanks for the honest feedback. Regarding speed: shipping was delayed by the delivery service even it is always sent with priority. Regarding quality: I competely agree. The model has few fine details in the design which are to thin to printed with FDM.
