The work was excellent as was the communication. I had this same model done at another 3d printer and the results were not as good. This one had smooth edges and didn't look like 3d print -- much more professionally done. I'm very happy with the results of the phone case and would use their services again. thanks so much.
The edges and space for the lids were not finely tuned. I had to sand most of them just to be able to insert the lids.
I was expecting better results in the quality of the work
Response: Unfortunately, this order was originally declined by other manufacturers and it was sent to us. Had it been placed with us, it would have been a bit more expensive. We actually accepted it at a discounted fee, so we did print and remove supports, but did not do any extra work to post process. We didn't intend on doing additional post processing or clean up since it was accepted at a discounted rate. We offer additional services for sanding and ensuring fits with functional parts, but none of those were added to this order. This is absolutely something we do when it's been communicated.
