This was a good experience in terms of the service level. The only issue I have with this particular item is that the machine used to make it (Geeetech Acrylic Prusa I3 X) is not a high-quality machine. In fact, I find that I can purchase a brand new one this morning on eBay for $327.97 shipped. This is on me: A) I chose one of the lowest-priced offers, forgetting yet again the old adage about getting what you pay for; and B) I failed to look into the specific 3D printer, though the manufacturer and model were identified in the offer. My bad. 3D printers have come way down in price, but $327.97 is not going to buy a quality machine, and the resolution of this part is indicative of this. The seller can't be faulted, they supplied exactly what I purchased, and in a timely manner. But I would advise others to do some due diligence if a quality finish is required.
