Exceptional, Exceptional Exceptional. Across the board. Quality of prints, costs, postage time, communication. Amazing.

Models received were not good quality, parts were mishapen and warped. The model is unable to be put together due to the parts being mishapen. It was supposed to have been given as a gift as a model to be displayed, however the final product is not gift let alone display quality.

I purchased an adjustable tablet/phone arm holder to use while in bed. The arm comes with a mounting bracket that's attached on a shelf or bed head and hand tightened. Cause of the weight and fulcrum point, the bracket would rotate and cause the arm to "droop." So I designed a couple of 90° brackets and threaded bolt and nut to hold the mounting bracket in place. I chose this manufacturer cause they printed in PETG and had the colours I was after. There were some issues with the id size of the nut and I was notified about the issue and offered a solution and printed additional parts at no extra cost. The 3d prints turned out great and communication was outstanding with regular updates. Only Australia Post let down the order with a delay in shipping.
