Print quality was good with some very very minor print warping (it's an electronics enclosure and lid and base fit together with negligible gap). Supplier let me know (with photos of my print) that white filament can have minor burn marks and without prompting fixed it/reprinted. It took just under a week and delivery was withing 24 hours of dispatch. Very happy with my enclosure print purchase.
Very disappointed to find these parts did not have 100% infill despite paying an additional service charge.
One part I received on a previous order was clearly low infill but this was replaced. I expressed concerns that the other parts, while looking denser, appeared to still show an infill pattern but I was assured they were solid.
Since then, several parts have failed and are obviously not solid. Infill pattern appears to be 50% at most.
I was charged a significant extra fee for 100% infill but did not receive it. I find this very disappointing and concerning.
A shame because the service was otherwise good and the quality and finish of the prints were to a high standard.
