1st time ordering a 3D print and my preferences some how got reverted to the default settings causing the order to be printed in the wrong color and wrong material. I explain this to the printer, however, they refused to reprint my order. I then was told by the 3D printer to submit a Dispute about the order error and a few days later the printer decided to reprint my order in the way I wanted it to be printed. After completion, the item was box up and shipped relatively promptly. Upon receiving he item, it needed some touch ups. The newly 3D printed Steam Controller Battery Door Face-plate replacement had untrimmed plastic pieces which required me to trim off with a knife and file down to get it to fit back into the Controller. However, once cleaned up, it worked perfectly. If it wasn't for the Harassing Price, refusal to reprint order without submitting a Dispute and Harassing Shipping Numbers, I would give the quality of work a three, due to the lack of cleaning up finished product.
Response: This customer was extremely rude and very demanding for a mistake they caused and blamed me for it. I also messaged before I started making sure its the color they wanted.
The vendor printed a couple of pieces twice and sent those as well. I couldn't see anything wrong with them. The quality was better than the first time when I ordered from another vendor!
Excellent quality prints, right on spec, parts fit together perfectly. Shipping was fast and items were securely packaged. Will definitely use this supplier again.
