Our test part was printed in black PLA within a day. The model looks good: no flaws on the surface were spotted, all the tricky details turned out as expected.

The part came out great: the surface is neat and shiny, all the tricky details came out as expected. The vendor managed to hold the tiny "antennas" on top of the piece as well.

Our part had been completed to great quality. All the intricate details came out correctly and precisely. The surface finishing is smooth and faultless.

We were pleased with the results: all the key surface elements turned out fine, the dimensions of the piece are accurate too. The vendor was able to hold even thin "antennas" on top of the item.

The part itself isn't exactly as expected but that has nothing to do with the printer. The printer was awesome, got the part made quickly, and shipped it to me quickly. If I had one complaint it's that this printer used traditional Styrofoam packing peanuts in the shipment, and it would've been nice if they were the biodegradable type instead. But that's a relatively minor nit to pick. If I get printed parts again I'll definitely use this printer.

Very happy with the detail on the model, only minor cleanup will be required (expected).

They provided 2 copies of the model I requested with no additional charge. The first was ok quality but it looks like they then rotated the stl and printed it again with much better results. This extra attention was above and beyond.
