Turns out I sent supplier a flawed print file. Despite this challenge and multiple attempts the supplier stuck with it and problem-solved in order to make sure the job was completed. Communication was good throughout. Really great customer service. I have not used 3D printing before so I don’t have a basis for comparison when it comes to quality. Pictures of final result are attached.

Very pleasant experience. Kept me informed of the progress as each piece was completed. And was securely packed upon receipt. Would definitely recommend.

Ragazzi, se volete pezzi perfetti e di qualità pazzesca, avete scelto il posto giusto. Valerio (il signore che comunica con voi) è disponibile e mi ha addirittura effettuato una piccola modifica al file gratuitamente. Addirittura mi ha tolto le spese di consegna poichè in ritardo di qualche giorno (causa corona virus). Il pezzo corrisponde a foto. Avevo fatto fare lo stesso pz. da altri in passato e la qualità del nuovo è nettamente superiore. quì c'è gente che sa usare le stampanti. siete nel posto giusto.

The test order was completed within a reasonable time. The end result appears solid and well-made. The vendor was communicative and provided updates regarding ETA.

This vendor is based in Savannah, Tennessee and they are capable of printing engineering-grade materials such as PEEK, Ultem and CF-nylon as well as PLA and ABS. This company processed our order in a timely manner. The quality of the end piece is good: all details seem correct and accurate. TL3DTN was communicative and updated us in the process.
