Jeremy was awesome, he had constant communication and made extra effort to get the prints right. One of my requests was something a bit too difficult to print, but he communicated that with me and still made it work. Jeremy even sent the "failures" as bonus with detailed labels on everything. The "failures" still fit and work fine, they're just a tad wonky looking but structurally sound... which is basically how I might describe myself so who am I to judge.
