There are some very minor imperfections on some of the pieces. And the screw holes needed to be cleaned up. But the customer service was fantastic. I almost ordered the wrong parts, but was advised by the printer that I had ordered duplicates of the wrong pieces. It also delivered very quick within Canada. Highly recommend this printer and their services :)
