Response and correspondence was pleasant. Packaging was well done. But upon removing the products there were a few hairs on the 2 pieces I received. Not only that, vendor failed to disclose a warped/deformed area on one of the pieces printed and it is quite noticeable for me as it is a hobby I'm invested upon. Photos were sent after production but the quality and close up were not accurate enough to spot them. Vendor may have great reviews from others but he dropped the ball on this one. Photo attached on this review with side by side comparison of the pieces which is a mirror copy of each other.
