Very patient with me being a 3D printing newbie; told me when my models were wrong or suboptimal, although the images they sent to explain the issues sometimes required some parsing to understand. Model quality is high, and they are willing to re-print models if they don't come out well (they even sent me the duds). They did forget to glue parts of a split model together, but we made that agreement in messages rather than being part of the order so I'll forgive them for that. Minis were shipped promptly and packaged safely.
