Great product and comms, a shame Treatstock unnecessarily delayed things, however was delivered before estimated date, especially given the Christmas post. Would order direct next time.
Took way longer to turnaround the print. I initiated all updates from printer. Even when there was a potential issue with size of the order, the printer did not reach out before printed.
The printed parts work es expected and the Druckado even gave me some spare parts to replace some parts where some residue of the print before left on the printing bed stuck to a few parts. That was very thoughtful of them. There were some lose filament strings on the parts but I can not expect them to clean those off of so many parts. I really love the work done. Thanks Druckado.
