I was immediately offered a free replacement when the first order had not arrived on time, although it eventually arrived and a replacement was not needed in the end.
Printing started the same day that I ordered, just a few hours later. Received the whole set of ordered prints three days later, carefully packaged. Good quality prints, little to no need for additional sanding etc.
It took way less than I thought, and the communication during the whole process was great. Although a 5 stars review may seem fake, I am truly satisfied with the product.
