This thing is a tool for a tabletop ropleplaying groupt (also called pen & paper Roleplaing). It is used to track an order of something at the table.

You can label the little signs with the player or character names or somting else you want to track, then put them on the pole in any order you want. Thereafter you can simply flip over the signs if the according action has been taken.
<b>Why this isn't a simple 2 piece Model?</b>
I've split the model, so you can independently scale the pieces.
* By scaling the "Tracker_lowerPole" in the Z direction, you can set the clearing between the flags/signs and the base.
* By scaling the "Tracker_upperPole", you can change the total height of the flags/signs section to accommodate a different number of signs/flags
