I've got cups that fit both the large and smaller cups. The smaller cups can be a single cup or one with a divider and the larger cups have 0, 1 or 2 dividers.
6/25/18 Update
Looked at my other tough system organizer without a clear lid and they have 2 more cup sizes in it. I'll work on making some nesting cups for those too if there appears to be interest. I don't think that box is quite as popular though.
