Well folks, this is a remix of a remix.
I came across this fantastic design
...さらに表示 (adapted from SexyCyborg's Wedge Sandal) and thought to myself that it was a real shame that the original remixers hadn't bothered to make a left shoe when they unleashed their voronoizers on this Thing. After all, most of us, with the exception of Cinderella, require two shoes to make our escape from grabby princes at royal balls.
All I did was use the MeshMixer mirror function to create the left shoe. I also generated a file with both the shoes for those of you lucky enough to own a printer with such a large print volume.
