Chain Stitch was an exchange gift from Theo at the IPP 2008 in Prague.
While designing impossible figures in 2D (see figure) he found that with a few adaptations
...さらに表示 the design for a 3D-object is created. Which is how the puzzle Chain Stitch originated.
Six hooked links, three of which are cut, must form a closed chain.
Because the chain is loose, we added a stand on which the puzzle can be put on display in optimal shape.
Dimensions are a colossal 120x120x120mm (4.72x4.72x4.72")
It is safe to scale down this puzzle down to 75%.
