About Big Ideas 3d Printing

Big Ideas 3D Printing is a small, rapid manufacturing company based in Alrode South, established in 2013.

3D printing can be used to create anything from jewellery to models of ultrasound scans of foetuses, ornaments, spare parts for most machines, mould making and prototyping, to name a few.

We are able to do most volume runs, using Fused Deposition Modelling (FDM) and a variety
of materials, including ABS plastic, polycarbonate and nylon, stainless steel, titanium, rubber and many more, designed for use in various fields, from the design sector and all the way through to the industrial sector, from prototypes to end use parts. Here are some specific examples:
