Fused provides individuals and businesses with end-use 3D printed composite parts that solve problems in the real world. Aluminum-strength composite parts are capable of replacing worn, obsoleted, or outdated manufacturing fixtures, brackets, supports, and guides. These parts are stiff, strong, and extremely durable; their strength allows for substitution of traditionally machined aluminum parts! The precision of the Markforged process creates tolerances and surface finishes that rival injection molded parts. When strength isn't needed, Fused also prints proof of concept and prototype parts made from Markforged's Precise PLA material. Print and review PLA prints before committing to composite 3D printing.
