Description
KreaForge 3D provides custom FDM manufacturing, rapid prototyping and small-batch production using a Bambu Lab A1. We work with PLA and PETG to produce functional parts, prototypes, replacement components and personalized products.
Every project is reviewed before production to verify printability, dimensions, orientation and material selection. Model adjustments, support removal, assembly and basic finishing can be included in the quotation when required.

How We Work
At KreaForge 3D, every project begins with a technical review of the supplied file, dimensions, intended use, material and desired finish.
Our workflow includes:
File and printability review.
Selection of material, colour, nozzle diameter and layer height.
Confirmation of price and estimated production time.
FDM manufacturing using a Bambu Lab A1 with AMS Lite.
Quality control, support removal and basic finishing.
Secure packaging and shipping from Cádiz, Spain.
We manufacture one-off parts, functional prototypes, personalised products and small production batches. If a model requires repair, modification or optimisation, we will contact the customer before manufacturing and provide a separate quotation when necessary.
