Load3D Layers provides reliable, on-demand FDM 3D printing services for customers with ready-to-print STL files. We focus on consistent print quality, dimensional accuracy, and fast turnaround for functional parts and prototypes.

We specialize in:
• STL-to-print jobs (no design services)
• Small to medium-size parts
• Single prints or short production runs

Materials Printed
• PLA+
• PETG
• TPU (95A)

All prints are produced to match the provided STL dimensions within standard FDM tolerances. Customers are responsible for file accuracy, fit, and functional design.

TPU (95A) is available for flexible parts with simple geometry. Due to the nature of flexible materials, TPU prints have wider tolerances than rigid plastics and are best suited for gaskets, bumpers, protective covers, and other non-precision applications. Minimum wall thickness and geometry limitations apply. Fit and function are the customer’s responsibility.
