The pictured items were sent to me as pictured without being removed from the excess filament from each part which left it up to me to remove from that part individually. I would have liked to have that stuff removed from the part itself and I thought that was going to happen. Overall happy except for that.

Response: My apologies Robert! I left the support structure intact because I was worried about the small parts becoming broken during shipping!
