Item arrived exactly as ordered in a quick and timely fashion. Could not be more satisfied with my experience.

Asked for part to be printed In a specific orientation and they went ahead an printed it in the wrong orientation. Will now have to sand part to clean it up a bit.

Response: Hi there! I'm sorry to hear that you weren't more than satisfied with your order. However, these were your instructions: "Part needs to be rotated so the side with small hole faces build plate and larger hole is facing upwards." I printed the side with the small hole faces the build plate and the larger hole is facing upwards per your request.
