Parts produced were of good quality (PLA & PETG). One part of 54 was unsatisfactory, printer resolved issue quickly, good communication.

Great communication, fast, and perfect prints! They even included an extra part that I had forgotten at no extra cost. I'll definitely be using them again if I need more prints.

This was a tough piece to print. I appreciated that Texas 3D Polymers tried a few different approaches in order to get it right. The final result properly does what I needed (it's an adapter so that I can replace broken keyboard switches in a 1975 computer terminal, with modern Cherry keys).

Great Customer Service, and excellent communication. The parts are exactly what I wanted. Packed carefully. Will definitely use again! Recommended.

the supplier did a great speedy job. The only hiccup was, USPS lost the original package and the supplier still was in fast, constant communication and ended up re-printing the entire order and re-sending it very quickly. A+ will order again
