The Melzi card has been replaced by a more powerful Makerbase which adds new options. The head is equipped with a new double fan: one allows to cool the heating body, which avoids the blocking of the nozzle, the second accompanies the extruder: this avoids temperature shocks on the probe while cooling the layers of prints as they go along.

HOW DOES IT WORK?
Your 3D files are translated into "instructions" by the DiscoEasy200 via the Cura by Dagoma D200 software. They are then transmitted to the printer via the SD card. Then, the machine heats the filament, which then passes through the nozzle and settles on the "tray". You will see how you build your object layer by layer.
The aluminum plate should be covered with a grip surface (Scotch or Buildgrip) for perfect grip of your print.
