The estimated time for delivery applies for orders shipped without a tracking number where we assume domestic shipping times to be 30 days and international shipping times to be 45 days. Provided the customer hasn't confirmed that the order has been delivered, the status of the order will only change from shipped to delivered after the time for delivery has elapsed. If an order is shipped with a tracking number, the status of the order will change from shipped to delivered as indicated by the tracking number.
We suggest that all print services ship their postage with tracking numbers as it is easier to establish the date of delivery and the status of the order can be changed to delivered sooner.
